At Pretty Grounded, every product is created or selected with intention, care, and craftsmanship. Because of the delicate nature of skincare, bodycare, and home wellness goods, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To honor the highest standards of safety and product integrity, items cannot be restocked once they leave our studio or our fulfillment partners. This ensures that every customer receives goods that are fresh, untouched, and handled with the upmost respect for quality.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your experience matters deeply to us. While returns are not accepted, we are always here to help if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly review your message and work to make things right wherever possible.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed, as fulfillment begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.
